What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how 123FundMe℠ treats personal information that 123FundMe℠ collects and receives, including information related to your past use of 123FundMe℠ products and services. Personal information is information about you that is a personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. 123FundMe℠ collects personal information when you register with Wilshire Consumer Credit, when you use 123FundMe℠ products or services, when you visit 123FundMe℠ pages or the pages of certain Wilshire Consumer Credit partners.

When you register we ask for information such as your first and last name, account number, social security number, email address, physical address and zip code. Once you register with 123FundMe℠ and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

123FundMe℠ collects information about your transactions with us and with some of our business partners, including information about your use of financial products and services that we offer.

123FundMe℠ automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, 123FundMe℠ cookie information, and the page you request.

Children

New categories of marketing communications may be added to the Marketing Preferences page from time to time.
